These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoatOBJ website, web application, and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by BoatOBJ, LLC ("BoatOBJ," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BoatOBJ lets you submit orders and upload video footage of a boat's canvas or upholstery, which we process into 3D model files (such as .OBJ) that you can download. Features, output formats, and turnaround times may change over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Orders, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Certain features require payment or an active subscription. Prices are shown at checkout.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel through your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once processing of an order has begun.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the videos, files, and information you upload ("Your Content").

• You grant BoatOBJ a limited license to store, process, and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating and delivering output files and providing support).

• You represent that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

• Resell or misuse the Service outside the scope of these Terms.

6. Deliverables

Output files are generated from the footage and information you provide. Quality and accuracy depend on the quality of your inputs. We do not guarantee that output will meet every specific requirement, and you are responsible for reviewing deliverables before use in fabrication or manufacturing.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BoatOBJ and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOATOBJ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
